Just Temps was formed in Baltimore, Maryland in 1948 as AAA TOPS Labor. By early 2007, as a result of providing excellent staff, veteran on-site staff management and unique value-added services, the Company solidified its position as a market leading light industrial staffing organization in the region.

Also in 2007, Just Temps expanded its market presence in the Washington, DC Metro area, opening a larger full service office and training facility in Prince George’s County. In 2009, the company acquired an equity position in ANSERTEAM, an MBE national consortium of independent staffing agencies covering major markets nationwide. As a result, Just Temps is able to provide large companies national staffing solutions with consolidated invoicing and national pricing models.

  • All workers are employees, not independent contractors. All employees have complete employee files including W-4s, state withholding documents and I-9s.

Just Temps can deliver large numbers consistently and with quality. We have supplied individual customers with up to 200 workers in a single day.

Short term requirement response

Just Temps recognizes the importance to customers of supplying quality staff quickly for all types of events and we routinely fill even last-minute orders. Clients may have unexpected needs or have an unforeseen shortage of internal staff. The Company has the following assets in place to respond to these needs:

  • Just Temps operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our three physical offices open at 5:30 a.m. daily. Clients can be assured that we will immediately respond to an emergency order. The Company does not use an answering service. All calls are answered by a staff member. In the event a client calls and gets a voicemail message, it simply means are lines are busy and we will return your message within 15 minutes. Additionally, our clients are provided the direct cell phone numbers of our entire management staff.

  • The size and scope of our regional company ensures that we most always have staff available. Furthermore, our pool of employees is not limited to a single area or city. Our employees are located Baltimore, Annapolis, Washington and Northern Virginia.

  • Just Temps operates a Transportation Division. We dispatch employees by van 24 hours a day for short-term orders.

Just Temps has a demonstrated ability and the assets to respond to short-term orders. However the Company does not substitute quality under any circumstances. If we receive a short-term order, and we believe we are at capacity, we will inform the client immediately
